This a mechanical dryer that uses heat from burning biomass to heat incoming air from a blower through a 3-pipe heat exchanger. The air then passes through a duct system to the the tower grai are laid on a mesh tray allowing hot air to pass through the spaces drying the grai.I did not design the mesh as it depends on the grain sizes and what you have available. But eure that the mesh is inclined to about 10 degrees towards the door to facilitate will have to design the blower adapter depending on the blower you have in hand but if you need help reach out (barakalyncon@).I will add a tray design on the heating chamber for pre-drying the biomass before burning to prevent smoke reduction.
