I have developed this assembly line from concept and initial R&D work to the final development for my CLIENT, Mr. Rayan (TRAKC). This automation operates very smartly, in terms of the smooth addition of products to the warehouse for final pickup. In that kiosk, we mentioned all the parts, such as scanning the barcode fit, then placing the product on the tray after taking the tray from the tray dispeer, and finally putting the product on the entrance conveyor with this tray. (This is a very time-effective and easy process for delivering the products to the delivery peon.)After that, iide the automation, we have an AI camera, a barcode reader, a temperature seor camera, and a wrapping system to put products on shelves according to their tray-specific places. This leads to the final output of the picking products, enabling any peon to come to the pickup door and scan the barcode. You can see the attached files for a detailed overview.
